Late or Lost Refund (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before the return is officially posted. Sale/clearance items

We can only be made for regular priced items. Sorry, clearance/clearance items are final approval items and cannot be returned. 

Exchange and Store Credit

We cannot guarantee that the items you need will be available when you receive and process the returned items. Therefore, we do not exchange. However, we will gladly offer a discount equal to the store credit or refund amount that will never expire upon receipt of the refund. You can use this for another order.

Defective/Missing/Incorrect/Damaged Item
